After Typhoon Nepartak
The village of Xianglan in the town of Taimali, Taitung County, is located right on the shore of the Pacific Ocean. After Typhoon Nepartak passed, the ocean was calm again, and the sky was as blue as ever. But many homes had been badly damaged, and most farm crops had been destroyed. Photo by Huang Xiao-zhe
